Batter late than never

I'm sorry about just posting without telling anyone what this blog was about or why I even picked to blog about a small bakery in downtown Smiths Falls hidden in the side streets of town tucked away... forgotten.

I chose to support this small local business that had a bad reputations but is given a second life. With good food, cheap prices and great company sure to brighten everyones day.

I love to bake and getting the chance to be in the kitchen and create something amazing. I hope to bring more people into the bakery to see the magic that I see. So stop by, and say hi, or grab something to eat, you wont regret it.

200 cupcakes on the wall

For the upcoming turkey bowl SFDCI asked us to make cupcakes and we accepted the challenge 100 chocolate and 100 vanilla, all hand piped in 8 hours. It was a very productive day
